one the left side, it is waterproof bag, on the right side it is dry bag. Both made in waterproof material but the manufacturing method is difference. 

Waterproof bag is normal sewing machine to finish, there are sealline , the water can get into the bag by the sewing hole. Which call water resistance. For the dry bag, it is welded 2 pcs material together that 100% waterproof.  How to use a choose a dry bag ?
