  Choose the Right Color and Material: 

To begin your soft cooler project, you will need the following materials: a sturdy fabric of your choice, insulated batting, lining fabric, a zipper, thread, and a sewing and welding machine. Start by cutting out two identical pieces of your fabric for the exterior of the cooler, as well as two pieces of lining fabric and insulated batting. welded the insulated batting to the wrong side of one of the exterior fabric pieces, then attach the lining fabric to the other side.

Welding the outside shell and zipper 


Next, weld the zipper onto the top edge of the exterior fabric pieces, ensuring that it opens and closes smoothly. Once the zipper is attached, welded the sides of the exterior fabric pieces together, leaving the bottom edge open to create a box shape. Repeat this process with the lining fabric, but be sure to leave a small opening to turn the cooler right side out.



After welded the exterior and lining pieces together, carefully turn the cooler right side out through the opening in the lining. Put the Inside foam in between the exterior fabric and Lining Use a topstitch to close the opening, then closed the opening then complete your soft cooler.
